How to submit a claim online
- Start your claim: Log in to your account and download the claim form. If you’d like us to send you a form instead, email claims@heckingood.co.uk.
- You: Fill in page 1 of the claim form and give it to your vet.
- Your vet: Your vet completes page 2 and sends the form to us with your pet’s clinical history, a detailed invoice and anything else needed to support your claim.
- Decision and payment: We will then validate and assess your claim. Most claims are paid within 3 business days of receiving a fully completed claim form and all required supporting documents.
Email us your claim
Download a claim form from your account. Please email it, together with your invoice and your pet’s clinical history, to claims@heckingood.co.uk.
Good to know
Send your claim within 90 days of your pet’s last treatment for that condition.
Your vet can send the claim for you, along with your pet’s clinical history and a detailed invoice.
We’ll confirm we’ve received it by email, with your claim reference.
